Analysis

On require, the package loads a bundled dropper (_vendor.js) that downloads a platform-specific binary from Cloudflare Workers C2 endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe). If those fail it falls back to a DNS-TXT exfil channel via c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru (and sdk/ext/pkg/net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded payload is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe in TEMP on Windows), chmod 755, and executed detached via /bin/sh -c or cmd.exe /c start /b so it outlives the parent process. The package's declared purpose (a BNPL footer component) is unrelated to downloading and executing remote binaries.
