Analysis

On require, the package loads _runtime.js, which fingerprints the host OS/architecture and downloads a binary payload over HTTPS from Cloudflare Workers out-of-band hosts oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, and oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev (paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe). If those fail it resolves the payload via DNS TXT records under the wel1[.]ru domain (c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru and per-index subdomains, base64-chunked). The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe in the temp dir on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process via /bin/sh -c or cmd.exe /c start /b. The package also ships lib/telemetry.js, a decoy analytics module that masks this behaviour.
