Analysis

delivery-ci-cli@35.3.5 executes a multi-stage dropper on module load. index.js requires _bootstrap.js, which fingerprints the platform/arch and downloads a second-stage binary over HTTPS from Cloudflare Workers endpoints oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, and oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev (paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe). If those fail it falls back to a DNS TXT-tunnel channel via dl[.]wel1[.]ru (query c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded payload is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe on Windows), made executable, and spawned detached in the background via /bin/sh -c or cmd.exe start /b. The package has no repository and no documented purpose matching this behaviour.
