Analysis

delivery-ci-codeceptjs is a combosquat of the codeceptjs test framework that acts as a multi-stage binary dropper. On require, it downloads a platform-specific executable from Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, and /pkg/package.exe, with a DNS-chunked base64 fallback served from subdomains of wel1[.]ru (c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or %TEMP%\dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process via cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows or /bin/sh -c "<path> &" on Unix. A stamp file at /tmp/.analytics_state throttles repeated downloads. The bundled lib/telemetry.js is a decoy analytics SDK used to disguise the payload.
