Analysis

On require, the package runs a bootstrap that downloads a platform-specific binary from Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe. If those fail it reassembles the payload from base64 chunks served over DNS TXT records on wel1[.]ru subdomains (c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded binary is written to /tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe in %TEMP% on Windows) and executed as a detached background process via cmd.exe /c start /b or /bin/sh -c '... &'. The package's stated purpose (a picture-gallery module) is unrelated to this behaviour.
