Analysis

dolyame-ui-contextmenu@35.8.1 is a multi-stage dropper. On require, package/_polyfill.js runs a downloader that fetches a binary payload over HTTPS from three Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev) at path /pkg/package (or /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe depending on platform). If those fail, it resolves the payload via DNS TXT records under the wel1[.]ru domain (c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded payload is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe in the Windows temp dir), chmod 0o755, and executed as a detached background process via /bin/sh -c "<path> &" or cmd.exe /c start /b. The package also ships a large disguised analytics module (lib/telemetry.js) as a decoy. The package name and description ("Build and deployment tools") are unrelated to its actual behaviour.
