Analysis

On require, the package fingerprints the OS/architecture and downloads a second-stage binary over HTTPS from three Cloudflare Workers hosts (oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev) at /pkg/package (or /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe per platform). If HTTPS fails it reconstructs the payload from DNS TXT records chunked across the *.wel1[.]ru domain (sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe under the Windows temp dir) and executed detached via cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows or /bin/sh -c on Unix, so it runs in the background and outlives the parent process.
