Analysis

Requiring this package executes a bundled bootstrap that downloads a platform-specific binary and runs it in the background. The bootstrap fetches the payload over HTTPS from Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, and /pkg/package.exe; if HTTPS fails it falls back to a DNS TXT chunked download from sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, and net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru. The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp (or the Windows temp dir) under a randomized name (.cache_<hex> or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe) and launched detached via cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows or /bin/sh -c on Unix, with stdio ignored so it runs hidden in the background.
