Analysis

On require, the package downloads a platform-specific binary from a set of Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe, with a DNS-TXT base64 fallback channel on dl[.]wel1[.]ru (sdk./ext./pkg./net. subdomains). The downloaded payload is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or %TEMP%\dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process via cmd.exe /c start /b or /bin/sh -c "path &". A cache stamp file throttles re-downloads to roughly every 5.7 hours.
