dolyame-boxy-independent-bnpl-partners@35.9.3
Malicious code in dolyame-boxy-independent-bnpl-partners (npm)
Analysis
On require, the package downloads and executes a remote binary. index.js loads _platform.js, which fetches a platform-specific payload from four Cloudflare Workers hosts (oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, or /pkg/package.exe. If the HTTP download fails it falls back to a DNS TXT-based download channel via c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru (platform variants ext/pkg/net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded payload is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe in the temp dir on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process (cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows, /bin/sh -c "file &" on Unix). A state-stamp file (/tmp/.analytics_state) throttles re-execution. The package's declared API is a stub class with no real functionality.
