Analysis

bigops-telephony-ui@35.7.3 runs a multi-stage dropper on require. index.js loads _shim.js, which downloads a platform-specific binary from Cloudflare Workers endpoints oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, and oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev (paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe), with a DNS-TXT chunked fallback via c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru. The downloaded payload is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or %TEMP%\dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe on Windows), made executable, and launched detached (cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows, /bin/sh -c "&" on Unix). The package also ships a large decoy analytics-SDK file (lib/telemetry.js) to mask the behaviour.
