Analysis

Package disguises itself as an "Operations SDK" but on require() executes a binary dropper. It fingerprints the OS and architecture (Windows, Linux x64/arm64, macOS), then downloads a platform-specific second-stage binary from Cloudflare Workers C2 infrastructure (oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev) over HTTPS. If HTTPS fails, it falls back to a DNS TXT record-based transfer from *.dl[.]well1[.]site domains. The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (Linux/macOS) or %TEMP%\dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe (Windows) and spawned as a detached background process. A flag file at /tmp/.analytics_state or %TEMP%\analytics_state limits re-execution to once per ~5.6 hours.
