dolyame-ui-carouselline@35.8.1
Malicious code in dolyame-ui-carouselline (npm)
Analysis
On require, this package downloads and executes a second-stage binary. It fingerprints the platform/arch and fetches a platform-specific payload over HTTPS from Cloudflare Workers C2 hosts oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, and oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, and /pkg/package.exe. If the HTTP fetch fails it falls back to a DNS TXT exfiltration channel via c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru (and sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru), reassembling base64 chunks. The downloaded payload is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe in TEMP on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process (cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows, /bin/sh -c "&" on Unix).
