dolyame-boxy-independent-bnpl-info-slider@35.1.9
Malicious code in dolyame-boxy-independent-bnpl-info-slider (npm)
Analysis
On import, the package executes a bundled loader (index.js requires _vendor.js) that downloads and runs a second-stage binary. It rotates through three Cloudflare Workers command hosts — oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev — requesting a platform-specific payload path (/pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe). If those fail it falls back to a DNS-over-TXT chunked download from the wel1[.]ru domain family (c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The fetched payload is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process (cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows, /bin/sh -c '<path> &' on Unix). Execution is rate-limited by a lock file with a TTL.
