Analysis

On require, the package downloads a platform-specific binary over HTTPS from Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, and /pkg/package.exe, with a DNS TXT chunked-transfer fallback from the wel1[.]ru domain family (c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded payload is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe under TEMP on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process (cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows, /bin/sh -c '... &' on Unix). A marker file throttles re-execution to roughly every 5.5 hours. The package ships a large decoy telemetry module to appear benign.
