Analysis

delivery-ci-sage@35.6.3 is a multi-stage remote binary downloader-and-executor. Requiring the package triggers _loader.js, which fingerprints the platform/arch and downloads a platform-specific second-stage binary over HTTPS from oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, and oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev (paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe). If the HTTPS fetch fails it falls back to retrieving the payload in base64 chunks via DNS TXT records from c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru. The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe under %TEMP% on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process. Execution is rate-limited to once per ~5.7-hour window via a state file.
