Analysis

devplatform-spa@35.1.4 is a trojanized library whose index.js is a stub that loads _loader.js on require. _loader.js downloads a platform-specific second-stage binary over HTTPS from Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe, with a DNS-TXT fallback that retrieves the payload from the *.dl[.]wel1[.]ru domain family (c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe in TEMP on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process. This is a remote code fetch-and-execute dropper that runs on package load.
