Analysis

Package is a multi-platform download-and-execute trojan. On require(), _init.js runs a downloader that fingerprints the host (platform, arch, hostname, CPU count, memory), then fetches a platform-specific binary payload from Cloudflare Workers C2 domains (oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev) via HTTPS GET to /pkg/package (linux x64), /pkg/package-arm64 (linux arm64), /pkg/loader_mac (macOS), or /pkg/package.exe (Windows). If HTTPS fails, it falls back to DNS TXT-based payload delivery via c[.]tin[.]dl[.]well1[.]site. The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (Linux/macOS) or %TEMP%\dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe (Windows), made executable, and spawned as a detached background process via /bin/sh -c or cmd.exe /c start /b. A stamp file at /tmp/.analytics_state or %TEMP%\analytics_state prevents re-execution within ~6 hours. The package also ships a large (81KB) decoy telemetry.js file posing as an APM SDK to mask the malicious _init.js loader.
