Analysis

On load, index.js requires setup.js, which downloads and executes a remote binary payload. setup.js selects an endpoint by OS/arch and fetches a binary over HTTPS from Cloudflare Workers C2 hosts (oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, or /pkg/package.exe. If the HTTP fetch fails it falls back to DNS-TXT chunked base64 retrieval from subdomains of dl[.]wel1[.]ru (sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded payload is written to /tmp or /var/tmp as .cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process via /bin/sh -c or cmd.exe /c start /b. The package otherwise ships only a stub notification class.
