Analysis

The package executes a second-stage downloader on import. index.js requires _compat.js, whose bootstrap() immediately downloads a platform-specific binary payload over HTTPS from attacker-controlled Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev) at /pkg/package (or /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe), with a DNS TXT-chunked fallback from c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru (and ext/pkg/net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe on Windows), made executable, and launched detached via /bin/sh -c "<path> &" or cmd.exe /c start /b. A cache stamp at /tmp/.analytics_state throttles re-downloads.
