Analysis

On load, the package fingerprints the OS/architecture and downloads a second-stage binary over HTTPS from Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, or /pkg/package.exe. If HTTPS fails it falls back to a DNS TXT-based channel under the wel1[.]ru domain (c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru) that reassembles a base64-encoded payload from TXT records. The downloaded binary is written to a temp file (.cache_<hex> in /var/tmp, or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe in %TEMP%) and executed detached via cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows or /bin/sh -c "<file> &" on Unix. The package is a remote code download-and-execute dropper.
