Analysis

On load, the package fingerprints the host platform and downloads a platform-specific binary from Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev, path /pkg/package, with /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe variants), falling back to DNS-TXT chunked base64 retrieval from *.dl[.]wel1[.]ru (c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded payload is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process (cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows, /bin/sh -c '... &' on Unix). This is a remote binary fetch-and-execute dropper that runs a second-stage payload on every install/require.
