Analysis

On require, the package runs a bootstrap that fingerprints the OS/architecture and downloads a platform-specific second-stage binary from Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe. If the download fails it falls back to retrieving the payload via DNS TXT records from *.dl[.]wel1[.]ru (sd[.]k[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, ext[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, pkg[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru, net[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded binary is written to a hidden temp path (.cache_<hex> on Unix, dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe on Windows) and executed detached via cmd.exe /c start /b or /bin/sh -c '&', so it outlives the parent process.
