Analysis

Package twork-data-services-sme-operations-authorizations@20.8.9 is a trojanized binary dropper. On require(), it downloads a platform-specific binary from Cloudflare Workers C2 infrastructure (oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev) via HTTPS GET to /pkg/package (or /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe depending on OS/arch). It also uses DNS TXT record tunneling as a fallback channel through domains tin[.]dl[.]well1[.]site, tina[.]dl[.]well1[.]site, ldr[.]dl[.]well1[.]site, and win[.]dl[.]well1[.]site. The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (Linux/macOS) or %TEMP%\dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe (Windows) and spawned as a detached background process. A marker file at /tmp/.analytics_state prevents re-download within ~6 hours. The package has no repository, no README, and no lifecycle scripts — the payload runs on require() via a require("./_compat") call in index.js.
