Analysis

When required, the package downloads and executes a platform-specific second-stage binary from attacker-controlled infrastructure. It fingerprints the host (OS, architecture, hostname, CPU count, memory), then attempts HTTPS GET requests to three Cloudflare Workers C2 endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev) at paths /pkg/package (Linux x64), /pkg/package-arm64 (Linux ARM64), /pkg/loader_mac (macOS), or /pkg/package.exe (Windows). If HTTPS fails, it falls back to a DNS TXT-based chunked download via c[.]tin[.]dl[.]well1[.]site. The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<random> (Linux/macOS) or %TEMP%\dotnet_diag_<random>.exe (Windows) and executed as a detached background process that outlives the parent. A state marker file at /tmp/.analytics_state (or %TEMP%\analytics_state) prevents re-downloading for approximately 6 hours.
