A dependency-confusion stub in the @cloudplatform-single-spa scope impersonating an internal organisation package, using version 99.99.99 to win dependency resolution. The ~7.8KB package hardcodes the command-and-control domain oob[.]moika[.]tech in its postinstall hook (scripts/postinstall.js), which executes on install. The package has since been removed from the registry.
