A dependency-confusion stub in the @cloudplatform-single-spa scope, using version 99.99.99 to win dependency resolution. The ~7.9KB package ships a postinstall hook (scripts/postinstall.js) that contacts the command-and-control domain oob[.]moika[.]tech on install. The package has since been removed from the registry.
