Analysis
The preinstall hook runs index.js, which collects the hostname, username, home directory, DNS servers, and the full contents of /etc/passwd and /etc/hosts from the installing machine and POSTs them as JSON to ltivq9rn7t7gkxho4o1micsk6bc20uoj[.]oastify[.]com:443 (a Burp Collaborator endpoint). System file contents are exfiltrated off-box at install time.
