Analysis

On module load, this package downloads and executes a platform-specific binary. It fetches a payload from Cloudflare Workers endpoints oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf100-416[.]workers[.]dev, and oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev (paths /pkg/package, /pkg/package-arm64, /pkg/loader_mac, /pkg/package.exe depending on OS/arch), with a DNS TXT-record fallback retrieval channel via c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru. The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<random-hex> (or dotnet_diag_<random-hex>.exe under the Windows temp dir) and launched as a detached background process (cmd.exe /c start /b on Windows, /bin/sh -c "<path> &" on Unix).
