Analysis

On require, the package downloads a platform-specific binary payload from Cloudflare Workers endpoints (oob-worker[.]cf101-adf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf102-baf[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf99-9b3[.]workers[.]dev, oob-worker[.]cf103-070[.]workers[.]dev, path /pkg/package) and, if those fail, from a DNS TXT-based channel via the wel1[.]ru domain (c[.]sdk[.]dl[.]wel1[.]ru). The downloaded binary is written to /var/tmp/.cache_<hex> (or dotnet_diag_<hex>.exe in the temp dir on Windows), made executable, and launched as a detached background process via cmd.exe start /b or /bin/sh -c '... &'. The downloader runs automatically when the module is imported.
